You clearly have skills as an artist, of that there can be no doubt. Regarding the usage of colours, I must say that you've done a very good job. I myself know the limitation when it comes to using colours, but honestly that feeling cannot be spotted in this picture. The vibrant colours go great together and they work with the image itself and don't look forced at all. However, the image does seem to be a bit blurry at certain places, but that might be intentional? The blurry feeling does make the people in the centre stand out quite a lot, which, in my oppinion, works great.
